APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling services. No shows will be sent an invoice of 100% of the scheduled appointment total and late cancellations will be sent an invoice of 50% of the scheduled appointment total

. This invoice must be paid prior to scheduling any additional appointments and goes to the service provider for their reserved time. This late cancellation allows us no opportunity to fill the appointment time. Repeat No Shows or Cancellations will not be permitted to book online. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize your remaining time to honor other scheduled appointments. If time does not allow, it will be considered a late cancellation.

**Please advise asap if you are showing any symptoms of illness and we will simply reschedule your appointment for 10 days later.

 

PRODUCT & SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to love your experience! We understand that sometimes the product you purchased may not be the right one for you, our first recommendation will always be to ensure the proper use of the product but if that is still not the case and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one. You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange it for a product better suited for you. If you feel we have fallen short with your services, we would love to have you back within 7 days to meet your expectations free of charge. We do not offer service or product refunds.

 

PERSONAL ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Personal items such as clothes, combs, brushes, cosmetics, hair accessories, hair extensions, and Home Hair Color items are final sale and not returnable. Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your online Order Confirmation must be presented when returning items purchased online or to one of our salon locations. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.

Where do you ship? 
We ship to the United States of America. However, we are only permitted to ship KEVIN.MURPHY products to Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.
