Our most popular way to use BrainTap is in combination with our Wellness Sauna Pod, Wellness Light Therapy, or with our BOA Max Compression. Another popular time to add it on is at the start of a massage to help relax deeper and cancel out sound.  


For use with massage and compression therapies we recommend using the Relaxing Rain Storm sounds or the music alone.
